Returns Policy

We accept returns on all items in a resale-able condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at cost.

We will offer a full refund on full-priced goods (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you contact us within 28 days of your receipt at will-gray@hotmail.co.uk. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return, however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.
